A new Mame Winnie the Pooh Tsum Tsum set will be released in Japan in October. The new set will only be available via a sticker lottery. The Mame set is a little smaller that the normal Mini Tsum Tsum, similar to the set that were released last year at D23 Expo Japan. The LE 1000 set looks to be tough set to obtain because of the lottery set up. Look for more details about this set very soon.
