Play lots during chance time to as many puzzle pieces as you can. Jigsaw puzzle hearts appear at random during the event! When you play using a jigsaw puzzle heart, capsules will appear during the game.

I completed above and 2 cards gave reward of skill ticket. Redeemed the skill ticket on Surprise Elsa but it remained at Skill 4 not Skill Level 6.
Cheated but seemed like nowhere to find technical support. The Help/Inquiry in Tsum Tsum isn’t solving the technical glitch, seemed like I’m the only unlucky player.
Frustrated…. sob
1 skill card is the equivalent of 1 tsum.
According to the Disney tsumtsum wiki, Surprise Elsa at skill 4 will require 7 Surprise Elsa to reach skill 5 (or 7 skill cards)
and from skill 5 requires 21 tsum (or skill cards) to reach skill 6.

Not receiving any gold heart/capsule levels at all. All the same red ones. Why?
I am not receiving any gold hearts either!! I cleared the first jigsaw and now no more gold hearts. So frustrating! I’ve tried contacting them twice via their inquiry form – totally useless! They just tell me they can’t offer advice to give me a competitive edge.
same thing i’m not getting gold hearts as well…. been more than a week now and no gold hearts… and i got the same answer twice as well, some competitive BS that i don’t get. really frsutrating
