Light Parade:
Gather sparkle lights to complete the parade! Get Premium Tickets, a Skill Ticket, and a Silver Pin! 
Sparkle Time: 3 times a day!
1st: 7-8 AM
2nd: 6-7 PM
3rd: 10-11 PM
All Hearts are Sparkle Hearts during this time!
Sparkle Hearts will appear at random during the event! When you play using a Sparkle Heart, Sparkle Lights will appear during Fever Time.
Get Sparkle Lights using Bubbles or skills, or by clearing neighboring Tsum Tsum. Use new Tsum Tsum to get ahead! All Hearts will turn into Sparkle Hearts!
More Sparkle Lights will appear! Complete the Light Parade!
On the back of the card you can check out parade floats decorated with the Sparkle Lights you have collected! Collect all the Sparkle Lights to light up the whole parade! Light up all and check out the parade in all its glory!
