Tsum Tsum Tuesday is Shining, Shimmering, and Splendid. Today Disney released one of the most anticipated mini plush collections! Aladdin !! The characters from this award winning animated film flew in on their magic carpet today online at Disneystore.com and in select Disney stores in the U.S. Just in time for the re release of the animated film from the Disney vault in October 2015.
The magic filled Set includes six 3 1/2 inch mini plush characters. Aladdin the optimistic, charming diamond in the rough. Jasmine the opinionated princess looking for love outside of the palace. Abu Aladdin’s mischievous sidekick. The Sultan Jasmine’s father, proud but worthy ruler of Agrabah. Raja Jasmine’s protector and friend. The loyal and energy filled Genie. Jafar the comical villain with a plan to rule Agrabah and Iago Jafar’s sarcastic sidekick. The mini plush retail for $ 4.95 each.
Aladdin Fun Facts:
1. Jafar’s character was loosely based on Maleficent in “Sleeping Beauty.” Hmmmm let’s test this theory.
a. They both carry a staff
b. Both have a henchman that’s a bird
2. Pinocchio and The Beast(Beauty and the Beast) make an appearance in the animated film.
